reporting parameters in an adpative component family

It seems to me that whenever I put a reporting parameter into an adpative component family they work fine. But when I load that family into a project the don't update anymore and report their initial value.

Any suggestions or tips would be welcome

As a general comment, that reporting parameters in adaptive families don't work in the project, that's not true. But if you provide information about the specific case, it could be that you are creating the parameter incorrectly.

Hello Afredo,

I did not say that they don't work at all I just don't get mine to work. I add the family to the comment. Basically I want to be able to place to points and have the reporting parameter report the delta xyz values. It would be nice if you could take a look.

kind regards

Daniel

This family is difficult to do. I've done it as a family up to the point of obtaining the delta in x and y, only, but not the z.

It should be possible with Dynamo or API, but I'm just a student of those subjects, so I don't have the required skills yet.
