repair

I just recently downloaded Revit 2015 onto my laptop. (I used to have 2013 version). When I click on the revit icon, I get an error message and have no idea how to fix it. HELP!

^ Also, I have tried reinstalling microsoft visual C++ and the porblem did not fix

Hello and welcome to the community!

 

Did you also try uninstalling any other existing versions of C++ as mentioned in the following The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect solution?
