Rendering an elevation view

Is there a way to render an elevation view? I can render in a 3D view, but my client only paid for a "2D" flat elevation, so that is what I would like to give him.

When you place a camera notice the check box that says perspective, turn
that off. Then place your camera. Then go up to View -> Orient -> To Other
View. Then this is where you would orient it to another elevation view that
you've created before. You may have to make that first. Then go your
Rendering tab and render the puppy. There may be other ways to do this, but
this is how we do it. Let us know how it works.

From a default 3d view, select view>orient to other view, select the elevation you want to orient too.

dude if the OP hadn't already solved his problem after nearly a decade then he might have a bigger problem than some Revit elevations.

AMAZING FEEDBACK. TOTALLY WORKED. FOR THE LONGEST TIME I WAS RENDERING SECTIONS + ELEVATIONS VIA SELECTION BOX...ADDING THE TAG ON THE PLAN...BUT THEN PROCEEDING TO MAKEI A 3D VIEW WITH SELECTION BOX AND SAVING THE NEW VIEW.
