How can Ref.plane set on curved surfaces؟??

The question is not very clear, but I think you want to make some reveals on that surface? If that's the case, instead of adding voids to the model, you could create voids on a pattern-based panel, and then apply the panel to the surface. Another alternative is using face-based voids, pre-cut in the family, so that they cut any surface where they are applied, automatically. Again, I'm not sure if this is the proper answer because the question is not clear enough.
