Re: Walls: co-ord structural + architectural models ?

In the past I've always owned the walls as we had to control locations,
openings, rating, etc.....

The SMEP eng's would use copy/monitor...this way they could run their calcs,
etc as needed...AND, here's the payoff..if changes occurred (as they always
seem to do) in the Arch Model, the rest of the teams would get notifications
when reloading the model..giving them the options to deals with them as
needed. Not 100% perfect, but if setup properly, can help save a lot of
headaches/finger pointing down the road....BUT, and here's the real
kicker.....VERBAL COORDINATION IS STILL VERY MUCH NEEDED. Don't forget to
continue to talk with your teams.
