RCP tag

Our standard RCP tag contained the room number, ceiling finish and ceiling height. Can I accomplish this in Revit? As of now, I am using a spot elevation for the height, a material keynote for the finish and the room tag for the room number. I know I can get the room number and ceiling finish together, but what about the height.

use a generic annotations family. add parameters to the view under element properties. When you load it into the project it will be under the symbol tool.

Could you or someone else please explain this a little more? How is this going to capture the value of the ceiling height of a room and put it in the room tag?
