raster images

I imported a raster image in an elevation of mine and it's behind
everything, how do i bring it to the front. When i pick it i don't get any
display order options.

Thanks,
John Gray

Raster images are always in the background.
Revit has a front back relationship for all objects.
From the top:

Text and Labels
Drafting details and linework.
Model
Raster

The only group of objects that support front/back are the drafting level
items and then it is a front to back relationship within that drafting
level.

Thats not exactly true. There is a foreground background! Just select the
image and on the toolbar above change it fro background to foreground.
However it does cover your work.

Yes, I stand corrected. That's a new feature for 9.0.

Jpg image files will give you no opportunity to make them transparent so to speak. If you use bmp files I recall a setting you could apply to the image that would permit it to appear transparent when imported into Revit. My Photoshop memory "aint what it were"... The setting is applied in Photoshop or similar that is, to the file itself, then imported into Revit.
