I had created a stair that extends multiple floor levels. Everything was fine when I created it, except, due to Revit's terrible railing defficiencies, I broke them into different stair assemblies for each floor so I would not have overlapping railings and get errors. I continued forward with some sections and enlarged plans and documented them. Then I made one slight change to the sketch of a landing, and now the railing won't host to those stairs. When I create a railing by host, nothing happens. When I sketch a railing, it won't host to the stairs. The other stairs I did not change work fine. And please, do not tell me to rebuild the stairs. That is an unacceptable workaround. The stairs are in a design option, but I am modeling the railing in that design option.
