"Save Group" command doesn't save

when I try to edit group or save group as separate Revit file, Revit crashes. Sometimes, it keep processing the 'save' but the group doesn't get saved; doesn't show in the folder. Please help, it's urgent!

May I know which Revit version do you use? And please make sure that any new update is installed.

Please try to save another group in different project to see if works.
