Purged files are larger

I've noticed in my projects, and to a lesser extend in family creation, that when I purge, the files is sometimes larger after the purge than before.  This seems counterintuitive.  Any idea what causes this?

Thanks,

Jon

There could be various reasons for this issue to occur. You could try the following and check if it helps in resolving the issue.

*Open the file using the Audit and Detach option in the open dialog box.

*Once the file opens go to manage tab- purge the file using the option “purge unused”.

*Save the file with a new name.

Since you are on Subscription, if you haven't already, I would suggest submitting a Support Request for this issue so we can get a copy of your file and try to troubleshooting.
