Purge Fill Patterns imported from AutoCAD

I want to purge all of the unused fill patterns in the Revit project file. I
know I can purge filled regions. I am trying to remove all of the
miscellaneous fill patterns imported from AutoCAD. They are over 500
individual AutoCAD fill patterns.

I am trying to stop users from importing and exploding AutoCAD details in
Revit.

I wish. The only way I know how is to click Delete, Yes, Delete, Yes,
Delete, Yes over and over and over again. It's this way with line patterns
too. You would think Purge Unused would grab from all categories but it
doesn't. Maybe I'm missing something though.
