PROJECT PARAMETERS & TITLEBLOCKS

I have created a titleblock with labels. I then inserted it into a project. I then assigned the project parameters. When I click on the title block all but four of these parameters (question marks) are highlighted in blue and are editable. The four (job#, model no., sheet no. and year) are not, even though I added them as project parameters. The only exception to these four is that I select the "group parameter" as "text' (I chose my "category" as "drawing sheets").

The attached zip file contains the "family" drawing of the titleblock with labels attached, and the "text" file for the shared parameters. I am only able to post this zip file because of posting size limits. I realize posting the rvt file with the titleblock attached would be beneficial, so if anyone has an idea how I could do this then please let me know.

Any input would be appreciated, Thanks in advance

I think that you need to go to settings>project information and fill the
miising information for the entire project and it will automatically fill in
your titleblock(s) for the project. The ones that are editable within a
specificsheet are probably sheet specific parameters.
