Project North on Linked Revit File

I am working on a project that has two different building on one site. The owner would like to develop each project separately, but have a Site Plan (and project file) that has both buildings. In order to put one of the buildings on a 24x36 sheet, I have to rotate project north 90°. When I open the "master" file and link the Revit project, it brings it in rotated. Do I just need to use the rotate command and rotate the link in the "master" file or is there some kind of "smart setting" that will do this automatically?

Thank you

You need to publish shared coordinates. See this link for more details:

http://wikihelp.autodesk.com/Revit/enu/2012/Help/Revit_User's_Guide/2214-Collabor2214/2408-Shared_P2...

Also, if you go here:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/11938886/Shared-Coordinates.pdf

You will find a great document that covers everything about Shared Coordinates.

Hope this helps and thanks for posting,
