Problems with Autodesk 360 account login for students on campus

I am a lecture at a university in Denmark and we have had some trouble with our students not being able to log onto their 360 account. I believe it is a firewall problem that won’t allow the students to have access to the login option.

I am working with IT in solving this problem, but for the time being I get the students to log into their accounts at home (just for the first login and then its right to go)
