I'm creating roof based object with opening. Problem is that at IFC export, opening cuts roof only on one roof pane. The roof is made by footprint with basic quadrangle form. Attached revit roof with openings and same roof IFC exported. Revit is 2015 and IFC exporter is last version available. Using void instead is a workaround, but would prefer normal opening which surtainly cuts through whole roof.
The problem appears only when you Open an IFC file in Revit and not when you in Insert a Linked IFC. The conclusion is that the export is corect.
With this conclusion in mind, do the following:

My oppinion is that the problem is not in Revit....The export is ok...The problem could be in Tekla Bimsight...
I've made a test : Export from Revit to IFC and then open IFC in AutoCAD Architecture ...and the result is OK!
the Roof in Revit - exported in IFC
and how it is imported in AutCAD Architecture:

My exports were made from Revit 2014 to AutoCAD Architecture 2014 and these work!
When I've tried to export from Revit 2015 to AutoCAD Architecture 2014 it looks as in your case ( I haven't installed ACA 2015)
I can suppose that you have to export in the same versions....as I can not test it.....
have you tried Building Smart's IFC 2015 from Exchange Applications?
Maybe it has a better export...
