Problem running energy analysis with Revit 2015

Hello Autodesk community, i am currently working with autodesk revit 2015.

After modeling my high-rise structure for a University coursework when it comes to running the energy simulation it comes up with the error box stating

"There is a problem with the energy analysis service. Unable to analysis. Please contact your autodesk customer service representative."

I need this section for a % of my marks but am unable to complete it.

I have activated my account both on autodesk and GBS. I have also used my account to analysis another projects which worked fine so im assuming it a problem in the model?

If anyone knows of a way to fix this please advise.

Hi Mark and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

We are aware of this issue at the moment but here is a work around in the meantime:

1. Upload gbxml to gbs.autodesk.com

2. Export gbxml from revit, upload that to gbs.autodesk.com

Sorry i'm still very new to revit, could you please berak down the two steps you listed, such as how to upload a gbxml and then how to export it from revit.
