PROBLEM LINKING A REVIT FILE TO 3DS MAX.

hi, im trying to link a revit file to 3ds max, but it is not working, it is saying tha THE REVIT FILE FAILED TO LOAD.   as is shown ahead.

 can anyone tell me why is it happening? and how can i fix it?

I'm getting the exact same error this morning. I have never had it before. 

I have tried to create a new local file, but it did not help 😞

that do we do?
