problem inserting a family item

Hello there,

can anybody detect why I fail to insert the attached family into a wall? I get an error message but fail to discover the it's source.

I did a quick check. Could not determine the cause.

Noticed that when deleting all dimensions and reference planes (except the template ones) from the family I can insert it in a project.

So I would try to remove all these dimensions and reference planes, test it in a project and then step by step put back in your constraints.
