Probelm with analyze mass model in revit building

I have problem when i try to use function analyze mass model in revit building they show message like attached file.

Can you please find out for me please.

Those messages are comming up because you are not providing a logon that is connected to an authorized subscription account.  If you are on subscription for Revit software you should have an Autodesk SSO (single sign on, perhaps the logon you used to post your message) account connected to the subscription account.  If that is in place then the conceptual energy analysis will function.  If you are not sure about your subscription status or how to get an SSO account associated with it you can contact customer service.
