I had created some families in Revit 7, and modified them in Revit 8, but now the preview image that should show up when I select the family to load does not show up. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
open the family, click to 3d view and resave. If that doesnt' do it, open the family, go to 3d view, click save as and under options check the box to generate view...
