Predefined or calculated values for shared and project parameters

Hello,

Is the subject of this post possible in the new (or nexts) Revit versions?

If yes...

Is possible to add information to this values (i.e. the case of a material with all its properties), a formula, a condition, etc...?

If no...

Will it?

Thank you,

Lola.

No. Project or shared parameters are just place holders for data that will come later. The definition of the parameter does not contain a field to add values or calculations in advance. In the case of custom parameters in families, you can use the "Formula" column of the Family Types window to have this information in the family. Or in the case of a schedule, you can use the "Edit" button after creating a new calculated value.
