Poor 3-D graphics

In 3-D views, materials bleed together and get splotchy.  The red siding, in image below, should not show as gray.

Working on a Dell M6600 with AMD (ATI) FirePro M8900 Mobility Pro Graphics card on Windows 7 (64-bit).  Was told this system is approved by Autodesk for Revit use.

Sometimes when material layers are very thin the material beyond the thin one will "bleed through"  That may be what you are seeing.  It is hard to tell from the image you posted.

You may also want to try turning off hardware acceleration and see if that help with the problem.

Your suggestion worked on both levels.  The material was bleeding through due to being so thin.  Turning off the Graphics Accelerator improved the appearance but bleed through was still noticable at the very thin portion only.

By hiding the backing wall, the image clears up.

Thanks for the tip.
