Plz HELP!! license Error 30: Failed to start AdlM? License error on Revit 2014

Hi Im having a problem on starting Revit 2014, every time I start the Revit this ' license Error 30: Failed to start AdlM'  window come out, there is nothing i can do about it, i tried uninstall and reinstall, it didnt work out, even i set my pc back to factory mode to install it again, still the same problem. I have struggled with it for a few days, really need some help on it please!!

My system is Win 8.1 64bit what should I do now????

Hi,

This is due to an installation problem.

Please follow these steps:

1. Uninstall the product
2. Delete the content of the C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Adlm
3. Anti-virus (AV) disabled (also check the processes as some AV still have active process even if they indicate they are disable)
4. User Account Control (UAC) settings set to never notify. Windows 8: type "change user access control" in a command bar
5. Reinstall the product
