Please help ,very important modeling

HOW TO MODEL THIS ROOM IN EASIER WAY? PLASTER FINISH NECESSARY TO SEE IN PLAN AND SECTION.I USE MODEL IN PLACE BUT I CANT SEE PLASTER FINISH IN PLAN AND SECTIONMODEL SAMPLE.JPG

what about using an in Place Mass - o better a Conceptual Mass as you need 4 such elements ?

So , make a Conceptual Mass modeled with revolve and then loaded it into the project and copy it four times in the corner of the room.

Use then a Wall by face ( a wall type with all required layers).....
