How to model this tower.all glass windows are different size and different angle .but its difficult to model each one by model in place family.also i cant make mass modeling because concrete columns and beams there.Please help me to find a solution .thanks

Hi,
You'll need to use adaptive components to do it. There are hundreds of tutorials out there. Check this one for example http://grevity.blogspot.com.au/2011/11/gherkin-take-1.html it has similar geometry to yours.
