Place model on steep site

Can anyone help me to position a project on a very steep topo that i got in cad format from the land surveyor which includes the contour lines and so on but when i insert it into revit and generate my topo the project is at the bottom. when i try to adjust the points to get a flat area for my project it is just messed up,don,t know if anyone here can help but i would appreciate it very much.

Buildig Pad is the tool dedicated to this purpose. 

Of corse you can combine it with Split Surface and/or Graded Surface.......
