It will be a little while before Revit supports its own 3D piping, but ABS
currently has an extensive 3D piping library and capabilities. Could you
please expand on what kind of building piping systems you're work with.

no buildings functionality. ABS cad has a pipework library & building
functions but alas not full 3D ability.
