Phase filter show complete - why can't i create another one?

I have 2 questions:

1 - I would like to create a phase filter that is similar to show complete (hides the demolished elements). When I try that, and i have exactly the same settings as the show complete, it shows the demolished elements. How can I solve that?

2 - I need to have 2 versions of show complete to colour the previous phase in a separaet set of drawngs. Is there another way to colour phases? I could not find the parameter "phase created" under under the view filters. I tried that approach. Or is is possible to filter with that parameter?

More information is needed, here. If your Phase Filter is "similar", what is the difference? Also, what is the Phase of the View that you are testing this on, and does the "Show Complete" Phase Filter work as expected on that View?

No, there exists only one setting for Phase Graphics Overrides and View Filters cannot register Phase. If you need to create an alternate Phasing color scheme, it will have to be manually accomplished via a Project Parameters (or something like the Comments Parameter), and View Filters to color the elements based on this Parameter.

In an effort to lessen the amount of work needed, creative Scheduling can be employed. One can create a Multi-Category Schedule, include this Parameter as the only field, disable "Itemize Every Instance", and set the Schedule's Phase/Phase Filter for each setting (such as demo only). That will leave a single, blank cell in which you can enter the desired value, and that value will be pushed to all applicable elements across the Project. Although this does not automate the process, it will reduce the work required.
