Opening DWG file problem related to Autosurf

Hi.

I'm trying to convert one of dwg file into IS format by Autocad Mechanical 2014.

However, whenever I try this, the program told me that I need five applications as below.

- AutoSurfServices
- AutoSurfResolverServies
- AdGrefServices
- MApiAcServices
- MApiSurfServices

I already installed all of Autocad Enabler that released in Autodesk.com.

So... What additional program do I need to open, modify, and reconstruct this cad file?
