I have a question about key scheduling (using styles). I don’t use it much at all (I do know that they don’t use shared parameters).. Maybe we should but they don’t use shared parameters. I use shared parameters for everything. I seem to find that using shared parameters “plays friendly” with other programs.. Generally speaking (on the architecture side of things), if I stopped using shared parameters for doors (as an example) and started using schedule keys how would my external project team be affected (who among the BIM wheel will be effected in a negative way)? Would this limit other software like, FM tools, Data extraction tools (QTO, Primavera and so on)?
