No color in 3D view

Hi!

I downloaded the student version of Revit 2015 Architecture.

The template I got with it is working fine, except that I can't see any colors in the project. I have an old template in which the colors are showing, which leaves out problems with the program itself. I wonder if the template following the 2015 student version is supposed to lack colors or if I have the wrong settings and in that case, how do I fix it?

Sorry for not having a perfect english, hope someone can help me.

I think the most probably issue is the Visual Style Setting of your 3D View. It is porbably set to Hidden Line.

Try the other setting (e..g. shaded, realistic) to see if it solves your issue.

I tried do many way : setting visibility/g.., change Visual Style Setting of my 3D View but no solves this issue. Please, help.

@Anonymous hello, go to elevation view > set detail level to FINE > graphic dispaly options to shaded. thanks

Is that view set to Electrical discipline? If so, change to Coordination.

When i open new project : I choice  Schture template and draw the walls, 3D view normally.

But when i open new Project : choice system default matric  ( I want to draw Wastewater treatment plan) and draw the  walls: 3D view no color. I dont know why?

There are several possible reasons.

1. Visual Style setting

2. Phase & Phase Filter settings, in combination with Phase Graphic Overrides

3. View Graphics settings, either for categories or for Filters

4. Object Styles settings

5. View Discipline settings
