What is the actual difference between Revit Architecture 2008 and Revit
Architecture 2008 for AutoCAD Revit Architecture Suite 2008 ?

It is bundled with Autocad.

Yes, I have read and understand that from the products page, but I still
don't understand why there are two versions of Revit Arhitecture, are
they actually different, what are the benefits... Maybe if i ask like
this, what is the different if for example if someone would have
installed AutoCAd and Revit Arhitecture (two separate packages) or the
AutoCAD Revit Architecture Suite?

licensing is different. Not sure why there are two separate downlaods, but
I think it has to do with the way each is licensed.

This is correct. Each uses a different "feature code" when licensicing and
activating. Revit sold with AutoCAD in a suite package uses the same
"feature code" for both the AutoCAD portion and the Revit portion of the
software. So in order to make sure your new build will license/activate
correctly you must download the correct version that will match the correct
"feature code" on your current installation.
