Steve,
I have been unable to install PDF writer 4.2 on my computer with both 7.0 and 6.1(ACES version) present. It gets to about 74% installed then quits with errors saying driver cannot be loaded. We have tried it with full permissions, with previous installation uninstall, running Windows Installer Clean Up (our reseller's suggestion), etc. No luck.
Are there any known issues? Any suggestions?
Thank you,
John
