Need information for .rvt file

All revit project and Families files are create 0001.rvt or .0001.rfa tempoary files how can stop this tempoary files.

These are your back-up files. I would advise keeping one or two - just in case anything happens. But to alter the number of back-ups you can do a save as... In the dialog box there are options - in there you can change the number of back-ups saved. See attached image.

For .rvt files ( Revit Projects ) if you enable Worksets this will stop creation of the .000 backup files.

You must place the .rvt on a Server, make it a Central File.

Well creating the central would kind of work but your local would have the same back-up files.
Have you tried taking it to 0?
As I mentions it may be good to keep at least one for a back-up.
