In the project Information there is a parameter called Project Address. When you click it a text box pops up and you can type in what you want on as many lines as you want. I need to create a few new parameters that use a text box like that. How do I create one?
I don't believe you can. That one is hard-coded within the program itself. This type of item has never been made available to the end user. It might be possible with .net programing via the API interface.
