Modify tab out of Place

Last night I was editing an In-Place family and for some reason, Revit did not exit the In-Place Editor properly. The Modify tab was kicked all the way to the left on the ribbon to precede the Home tab. Is there a way to reset the ribbon to its default state because, the contextual tabs react to the new location of the Modify tab? I have attached an image.

I am using a M6400 Dell Precison Laptop with Win 7 64 and SP1 has been installed to Revit Architecture

There are 2 approaches to resolve this:
1.  You can rearrange tabs while holding the CTRL key:
2.  You can reset the UI back to default [which will reset any QAT or ribbon customization]:
Hope this helps!
