Mixed Up Project files

I open the reflected ceiling plans and to my surprise another project's ceiling plan was there. How does one fix that??

Thank You

David Raines

M first thought is - is this in the template you are using?

Did you start this project from an existing project?

To fix it I would just delete it. But still does not make sense that it is in there in the first place!

you must have used an existing model to start this project.

alway check in 3d by making all categories visible.

if not, then the visible elements might be 2D, you cam simply delete those.

no, This is on a new project.

However now I do not have any ceiling options at all except generic or gypsumboard. no suspended ceiling options.

this program is a mess. Not the same as the one originally downloaded back in May ??

I went to make a profile for a sweep and I get a family folder with a list of sub folders with letters, all empty. I really need to make a profile.  What would is this folder for or what happened to the contents?

Another problem is I don't have the standard options when I was looking for a generic storefront,  this used to be an option.

help

thanks

David
