Missing Interior Elevation Tag

I am working in a Revit file that was begun in a different office. I need to add interior elevations but do not have the interior elevation option in the drop-down list (all that I have is building elevation). I assume the interior elevation tag was purged from the file before I got it. I am unable to determine how to load it back in. Can someone please point me in the right direction here? Thanks for your help.

Try opening another project as well as the one that is
missing the interior elevation tag,  then try using the Transfer Project
Standards... feature. Hopefully  that will get it back. The Copy to
clipboard /Paste may work as well, not sure though.

Select an exterior elevation tag in any view. Duplicate and rename it to Interior Elevation, that is all.

For me nothing else worked. No copying and pasting, no transfer project standards, no nothing...

Same thing happened to me. Copy and Paste an Interior Elevation Marker from another project, that worked for me.
