Metric library not found in RVT12

We have recently installed RVT 12 in two computers. In both of them we can not find the metric library?

Is this a bug , bad installation or these files were transfered to a different folder?

When you are doing the installation You would come to the configure installation page- open this to configure- select the content you want to download- choose default content to the required option.

Once done complete the installation. Now you should be able to get the metric content. Attaching screenshot for reference.
