material Matching up

Have created a custom material 7.2m x 7.2m brick coursing image.

as you can see from the attached jpeg two walls intersecting seem to offset the brick patten.

in hidden line mode the brick hatch lines through.

why does this happen?

walls are identical just have a convex curve meeting a concave curve, as most of our buildings have this curved wall geometry looks like we may struggle.

we also take this in to max and use the inbuilt mapping to render.

thanks in advance

If the hatch is a Model Pattern, you can use Tab key and select it, then Align command to align to the other pattern.

It must be a Model Pattern, not Drafting Pattern.

The Pattern in the Material is just the lines; the "image" is for rendering appearance in Realistic View or when rendered.

Are the walls set at slightly different heights above the Level? i.e are they perfectly aligned vertically? Any Offset above/below Level?

Are there any wall Profile Edits? or are the walls Attached to floors, roofs, etc? Did you try using Join Geometry on the two walls?

Could you post a .rvt of just the 2 walls?
