Masking Question

Why aren't my water coolers obscuring the floor paving pattern below, whereas the lavatory and sinks to the left are?

You wil have to look inside the families. They should have a masking or filled region inside.

In case of the sinks it depends. Is the sink and the countertop one or two families?

In case of two different families It is possible that the sink contains a masking/filled region or it is is the countertop that contains the masking/solid region (or both).

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

as Enlint says , verify , in Edit Family , if there is or not a Making Region.

It could , also (as shown in my screencapture, when family is a simple 2d ) that the  Mask is placed at 0,00 - Increse the offset value so to became effective...In my example it is the same WC family placed at 0,00 and at an offset of 0,40 m...Image 3.png
