Mac to PC transference

I started a project (and it's pretty well into it) on a PC.  Until today, I didn't know Autodesk Revit for Macs existed (so utterly happy!).  I have a Mac at home, and would like to continue working on my project at home.

SO. My question is:  If I started my project on a PC, will I be able to continue working on it on a Mac?  Also - will I then be able to go back to the PC? (PC is in our classrooms, I prefer Mac therefore I have one, have to use both constantly)

Thank you so much! Sorry if this topic has already been discussed!

Revit on a Mac doesn't exist.  You can run Revit in Windows via Parallels or Bootcamp, but not natively on OS X.
