Linked revit file partially visible

I linked a building project file to my site plan project file but the linked file only shows grid and levels. Restarted Revit but without more success.

I can see the levels and grids though, what does that mean? 

As a side note, I have linked other buildings to that file and they show properly so my inclination is to think that the linked file is the issue.

Any idea would be very much appreciated.

Can you send me any image of that particular problem or can you send me your revit file? if you have not any problem. so that i can understand your problem exacly.
