licence page error - white page

Hi there !

 

I'm trying to install Revit 2014 on my parallel VMware windows on MacBook Pro. I was happy because the software successfully installed!

 

But i couldn't ever activate this product, the licence activation window appears WHITE ! (photo)

 

I turned off the Internet explorer cuz I read thats could be a sulotion but it doesn't work !

 

 

Any ideas ? 😞
