After a bit of research here and with my ACAD retailer I've about settled on a laptop, or at least have narrowed it down to two options and would love to get any/all feedback from the experts on this DG.
So first up is:
ASUS G75 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230409)
Intel Core i7 3720QM(2.6GHz)
17.3" screen (1920x1080)
16GB DDR3 RAM
750GB 7200RPM + 256G SSD hardrive
Nvidia Geforce GTX 670M (3G GDDR5)
Next option:
Dell Precision M6600 (http://configure.us.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?c=us&cs=04&fb=1&l=en&model_id=precision-m6600&oc=...
Intel Core i7 2760QM (2.4GHz)
17.3" screen (1600x900)
16GB DDR3 SDRAM
750GB 7200RPM harddrive
Nvidia Quadro 3000M (2GB GDDR5)
The Dell is quite a bit more $$, but I've had a few Dells in the past and have been (relatively) happy. I have no experience with ASUS.
Thank you in advance for your help, and if you think I need to step it up in any area, let me know what I can't live without or will regret not putting more money into down the road.

I've been told to stick with the Quadro GC (Dell), but I notice that a number of folks on this DG use the same ASUS with the "non-professional" graphics card. Anyone think I would be crazy to get the ASUS?? Anyone run an ASUS that can share your experiences?
Thanks in advance!
If you are looking at using the system with Revit Architecture 2013, the Dell Precision M6600 is on our certified hardware page. The system has been tested with the FirePro M8900 and Quadro 4000M graphics cards (and both passed).

Currently, I am only seeing Dell, HP, and Lenovo systems on our list of certified hardware. This doesn't mean that the ASUS system won't work, just that it hasn't been tested.
