We have a medium sized project that was completed approximately one year ago. As as-built time approaches we've discovered that a very few sheets in the project are displaying empty keynote boxes (five out of fifty+ sheets).
All the standard checks have been performed (visibility, keynote text file integrity, etc) but there appears to be no reason for the disappearance of these notes' text. The keynotes themselves are correctly mapped to the text file in that when their properties are examined they contain the correct key value and keynote text.
It's our suspicion that as other users in the office were beginning Revit and using this keynote text file as a model that an inadvertent change was made, but the non-uniform nature of the issue may refute this.
Creation of new keynotes (as a test) leads to the same behavior on these sheets only. Can anyone provide some suggestions for resolving this issue? Thanks.
