running Revit 8.1 at work, & now that I've gotten the Keynotes set up and
are viewing relatively properly, i want to fine tune my knowledge of keynoting
for the future. The issue I'm running into when I use Note Blocks for
keynoting is when I have multiples of the same keynote it will generate
multiple instances of that particular note in the list. What I did for the
time being was just go to the properties of each keynote, and if it was a
duplicate I simply left the Text & Tag portions blank. Even though this
partly solves the issue of having duplicates on the generated list, it still
generates an empty row in the list and it generates these empty rows on the
top of the list. Preferably, is there any way to fill in the Text & Tag
portions of the Keynotes & have multiples of specific keynotes but have
only one instance appear on the list, or to "hide" the empty rows, or if there
is some other way to accomplish what I am trying to do what might it be?
Thanks, JM
