One of our users is trying to select the grid lines in our project but its not letting her. She is in a floor plan view and we've tested it on other views. seems universal. Other users in the exact same view have been able to select the grids. Its just her. She has the workset checked out that contains the grids. I thought it was a vew depth issue but like I said, in exactly the same view nobody else has that problem. What am I overlooking here?
I'm going to answer my own question for anyone else looking for this answer. I can't believe I didn't know about it. The user had the "Select Pinned Items" button turned off. I turned it back on.
