Is my Revit 2011 upgradeable?

Been using Revit ARch Suite 2011. Is there an easy way to tell if we will be able to upgrade it? It was won as part of a technology contest. It is the full, commercial version with serial #s and Product keys, etc. But we are not sure if it's can be updgraded... People have suggested "calling Autodesk" but that is not as simple an answer as it seems. Lots of resellers (none that we've worked with) and no "phone number" to call. Thx!

You can find a local reseller using this page: http://autodesk.com/reseller

Ask them to check the serial number if it's upgradeable.

If you get it as a prize from Autodesk, I think it is an NFR (not for resale) and can't be upgraded.

However, try to contact the reseller to be sure.
