Invisible Lines from Imported .sat File

Does anyone know why lines may appear when printing to a pdf that are not visible (or even modeled) in the view? The wall was brought into the model as an imported .sat file In-Place Mass. Chose wall by face as well. In both situations the lines appear. Below is a view in the model and another a view of the pdf preview. Trying to understand why the straight line extensions appear when we print. Any suggestions will help. Thanks.
